What is the best pipeline for analyzing Non-invasive prenatal (NIPT) data?
written by ahmad mousaviDear all, I want to do analysis on NIPT data, Does anyone know about which software/pipeline is best for **NIPT data analysis**? Tnx
This is too broad to answer. Integrate how? What information do you want? What is your query?
Regardless, you'll have to register for either API or download access first. I'd probably use the API for low volume stuff, but if you're going to end up making a million requests, just downloading the data and parsing it however you need will be the better approach.
