Convert csv file to gff3 file
Hi, I just started in bio-informatics and so my question may be stupid but I'm trying to convert a csv file into a gff3 file. I downloaded a file in csv format on tRFdb database and I would like to have a gff3 file but for tRF and tRNA.
I tried with python and R but couldn't find a solution.
