dereplicate sequences in count table
Dear All, I have a count table file, I want to remove sequences present more than one time and keep only representative sequence and merge counts. First column contains sequences (175 character) and subsequent columns contain their counts with regard to samples. Please check the image for example.

Note 1. All sequences are of same length (175) 2. Number of samples are variable from file to file.

Your image seems to be screenshot of plain tabular text. See this post on how to format tabular text for pretty display as using screenshots of plain text is counterproductive.
What do you mean when you say you want to keep only the representative sequence?
