IMPUTE2 Error: .hap file and sample file doesn't match .

Dear All

I am starting IMPUTE2 but I got the error "ERROR: The number of individuals in the Panel 2 genotypes file (1303) does not match the number of individuals in the sample file (1955)." I don't know the cause of this error. I got genotypes file (.hap) and sample file (.sample) from SHAPEIT the process it's seem practical if somebody has a suggestion, please let me know.
