Tool: Readseq (Import-From-Clipboard) Replacement For Bioedit
I've cross-posted this in a couple of other places, but I've written a replacement for ReadSeq to allow BioEdit - in a 64-bit Windows environment - to import oddly-formatted sequences, most typically from clipboard copy-pastes.
It is open source and available at http://code.google.com/p/readseq/. It was compiled into an .exe so that BioEdit will recognize it.
