How can I find RNA-seq data with the desired characteristics in the database?
Dear all.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/advanced I'm looking for transcriptome data for mouse neurons and glial cells on this site. It is preferable to be a general one that has not been manipulated with any characteristics such as knockdown of a specific gene. We are also looking for both tissue-separated cells and in vitro neurodifferentiated cells, as well as both total RNA and poly (A) data.
I'm searching this site using organism names and rudimentary keywords such as "neurons" and "total RNA", but it's difficult to find the data I'm looking for because there are too many search results.
Does anyone know a good search method?
Thanks
