How to find hub protein in string database model?

Attached below is a link to a protein model for a virus I am learning about. I looked up online about Hub proteins but I still don't understand exactly how to determine what proteins are hub proteins. As well as finding the logFC of the hub protein. Please help..

The hub has the same meaning here as in airline industry: it means many incoming and outgoing flights from or to the same place. In broader terms, hubs connect many other network members, either directly or indirectly.

When you see lots of lines converging into a same spot, that spot is a hub. In Delta's route map for US and Canada shown below, Atlanta, GA is a hub, and Augusta, GA just east from is not. In your example, IFIT2 and IFIT3 are hubs, and CFB is not.

The labels are not really visible on the image, Mensur. Someone unfamiliar with US geography would not get the example of Atlanta GA.

Appreciate the help. I left the original image unchanged on purpose as the network density and hubs are easier to see from the big picture, but it works best with both images.
