R package or other software that I can use data(snps) from 1000genomes and make possible associations with deaths from flu strains

Hi guys, hope everyone is save and well.

I would like to use R packages or any other software (including python packages of course) to use to correlate some snps from different populations from hapmap or 1000genomes and flu strains.

Do you have any tip of what package or software could be suitable for this task?

Unless you have some private data, I am not aware of some dataset that correlates hapmap or 1000G participants with flu
