Homologous or heterozygote associated with phenotype
I have a question about genotype and phenotype. So, I have 50 explore objects. For everyone I have phenotype and genotype. I know, that the phenotype correlation with SNP. How can I define homologous or heterozygote associated with phenotype? For example: if object has genotype AA(1) - it's ok, if object has genotype AG(2)- object has predisposition to phenotype 2 and phenotype 3, if object has genotype GG(3)- object has predisposition to phenotype 3, phenotype 5, phenotype 6.
