extracting SNPs from UKBiobank
hello, I have been reading about vcf files, plink, Bioconductor, but I cannot learn everything at once especially if I am not well guided. my question is do you guys have a tutorial or a book or any material that may help me learn how to extract SNP from UK biobank data. or how to extract genomic data from the beginning . Any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you in advance.
