mitogenome annotation tool

Hello all, Can I use Mitofish-mitoannotator to annotate mitogenome of river dolphin (platanista gangetica) ?? I have tried MITOS, GeSeq but the results are not very satisfying. Actually, I am looking for some tool that automatically annotates mitogenomic sequences. I will appreciate if somebody suggests appropriate tool for this purpose.
