DNA mixture dataset
hi,
I'm looking for a dataset of DNA-seq mixtures(formed from 2-5 people) I don't care if it will be in bam/fastq format.
I looked in the SRA, but I just found DNA-seq from a single participant.
Or a way to manually create this dataset.
if you have a direction, it will be very helpful

You can get any number of datasets and
catthe fastq files together. Be sure to get data of same length and preferably from the same sequencer to avoid batch effects. You could get this data from GIAB project if you don't care about ethnicity.
