Hello I am doing chip experiment is IgG is needed in the experiments or Input DNA enough, experience people suggestions will be very helpful, I went through many biostar threads people are suggesting Input DNA as a control will be enough, and from some literature survey I understand that some spurious binding sites can be removed by mock IP (To mock or not: a comprehensive comparison of mock IP and DNA input for ChIP-seq).
