Hi, I have 187 samples with two factors: (affected and unaffected) and (male and female) for RNA-Seq data analysis. I am using DESeq2 for DGE analysis. Therefore, I am trying to make a PCA plot to make different groups in three dimensional. I have tried to make a PCA here . However, I need to make it in three dimensional with different groups. Please suggest if I can make a PCA plot for this study.
