Picrust2: High level of description

Hello all,

I did picrust2 tutorial and i had description for each KO and EC. My question is how can i get high level of description L2 or L3 of the KEGG hierarchy ? How can i swith from picrust2 result to use this function "categorize_by_function.py" ?

I can see that this command has been removed from the scripts in PICRUST2 (can't find it in the scripts folder in the GitHub project page) as for other scripts BUT they are in PICRUST1 I am waiting to find a solution if anyone got, or to correct me if I am wrong, otherwise, I will be waiting for the Github team to respond.
