Metabolomics / Transcriptomics dataset?

Hi all,

I am looking for a dataset with 100+samples where metabolite and transcript abundances were co-measured. To add difficulty to this, I would like it to be as close to human as possible. There are many reviews in literature about the challenges of integrating the two types of data (metabolomics and interactomics, e.g. this BIB review) but I could not find a publicly available dataset. Do you have any ideas if such a dataset may already exist and be publicly available?

You can try CCLE if cell lines are okay for your study of interest: CCLE dataset

Hello Federico,

I would try with this one: link, but with microarray data...

More studies in human can be found here: metaboLight, but unfortunately the database does not have a search function which allows you to check for studies with metabolomic and transcriptomic data.
