Dear all,

does anybody of you know if it is possible to get a list of TCGA-samples (especially from the COAD cohort), which have a confirmed Lynch-Syndrome. Since I do not have access to level 3 data and publications (for instance) do not publish lists with samples identified to suffer from that specific syndrome. It would be a awesome if I could get the sample-IDs with Lynch-Syndrome.
