List of previous NCBI RefSeq versions and date releases?

I have data analysis on a custom DB mapped against the latest version (on that day) of NCBI RefSeq.I would like to know what version I used to cite on my paper.

Is there a list of previous RefSeq database released with dates so I know which one I used?

RefSeq versions and corresponding release dates are noted in this file available from NCBI RefSeq FTP site. Archival release notices are available in this folder.
