I am interested in knowing about your experiences using Sequel PacBio sequencing to reveal the epigenome. We are currently sequencing the genome of a tree, and want to take adventage of this possibility.
I am aware of the hacone/Agln code, but it seems to be useful for the ols RSII platform
Is there any hints you would like to share ?
