WGCNA analysis and "survival time" as a trait?
Hi everyone!
I have seen articles doing WGCNA analysis on survival as the/a trait. Should there be a special treatment to account for the censoring in the survival data? Thanks in advance

No, nothing special. The hypothesis in this context would be that some module that you have identified via WGCNA has some association with survival.
