Is imputation of genotyped data for GWAS necessary?
Hi All,
Is Imputing the genotyped data necessary for a GWAS even if I am not really concerned about missingness or sample size?
Please can you point me to some right papers on this topic. Please do note that I am not worried about sample size per se.
