(preranked) GSEA with nanostring data
Hi all, I have performed a nanostring analysis with about 800 genes (all immune system/ metabolism related genes) and was wondering whether it is possible to do a GSEA (for having a bias due to all genes being related to the immune system) and whether I should rather used a preranked GSEA? Also I was wondering for how many genes from a GSEA geneset should at least be represented in my gene panel (minimum size?) to actually get accurate results? Thank you for your input!
