In Need of Help with NCBI Database

Hi everyone!

I'm taking a bioinformatics class this semester and it's been a little overwhelming. We've been given a homework to work with NCBI's Entrez and I'm stuck at the portion in relation to finding mutations and SNPs in the gene of interest - which is MLH1.

Here are the questions I'm unsure of:

  1. Are there any mutation with a related 3D structure?
  2. Any mutation with links to OMIM? (Look in the column Clinically Associated)
