Hey everyone, I have used Seurat on an scRNA-seq dataset to find the identities (barcodes) of all the cells that belong to a specific subset I'm interested in. Now I want to load the original matrix to RaceID and then run some RaceID analyses only on those relatively few cells. I know how to load the entire dataset (a 10X dataset) to RaceID, but I don't know how to "tell" RaceID to take only those cells whose barcodes match the barcodes of the cells I'm interested in. Is there a way to do that? Alternatively, given that I do know how to do that in Seurat (i.e. using the "subset" function there), is there a way to import (directly or indirectly) a Seurat-created subset into RaceID?
