Aminoacid Composition Of Partially Buried Residues Based On Rasa

Hi,

I am trying to find the composition of partially buried residues based on its relative solvent accessible surface area (rASA). I found the composition of buried(interior) and exposed( surface) residues as threshold 25%. How can I find the composition of partially buried residues? Which threshold is good ?

Any suggestions or references would be appreciated.

Have a look at [1]. If I remember correctly, it contains a definition for buried, intermediate and exposed residues.
