Calculate Ka/Ks using examples of two sequences.
Here is two sequences seq1: ATG AAT AGA GAA GGC seq2: ATC TAT AGA GTA CCC seq1 is reference sequence. Now how to calculate the Ka and Ks? could anyone help? much appreicated.
