unclassified taxonomy rank

I have data of 16srRNA and taxonomy for the bacteria of this data but I found among this taxonomy something called: genus_unclassified_Porphyromonadaceae

This means that the taxonomy identified till family Porphyromonadaceae but the genus not identified therefore species not identified [ f_Porphyromonadaceae g__ s__ ] ??? or what this means?

16s taxonomy

I have two other questions related to this question: 1- If I found : genus_unclassified_Clostridiales_Incertae.Sedis.XIII, so the taxonomy identified till order Clostridiales or identified till family Clostridiales_Incertae.Sedis.XIII ? 2- and if I found : genus_Erysipelotrichaceae_incertae_sedis this taxonomy like genus_unclassified_Erysipelotrichaceae so the taxonomy identified till family Erysipelotrichaceae or something else ?

I think if I know the meaning of incertae_sedis, 2 questions will be answered easy but when I searched for its meaning I found that it is open nomenclature used for a taxonomic group where its broader relationships are unknown or undefined so it is like unclassified or not.

Thanks in advance

Incertae sedis indicates the rank associated to the term is of unknown or uncertain classification.

So, for question 1, Clostridiales_Incertae.Sedis.XIII is a family (from the Clostridiales order) of unknown or uncertain classification, for question 2, genus_Erysipelotrichaceae_incertae_sedis is a genus (from the Erysipelotrichaceae family) of unknown or uncertain classification.
