SRA ftp site change?
Hi all,
I used to be able to download .sra files from SRA in the following way:
$ nohup wget -c ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nih.gov/sra/sra-instant/reads/ByRun/sra/SRR/SRR165/SRR1657561/SRR1657561.sra
However, now it seems this file path no longer exists, and SRA does not have the "ftp://ftp-trace.ncbi.nih.gov/sra/sra-instant" file path anymore. Does anyone know which path to use now?
Thanks!

NCBI has moved SRA data to cloud storage. NCBI, Google and Amazon AWS versions are available. Here is link for your data. Save with .sra and then extract. Available under Data Access tab on this page.
Use EBI-ENA to get sequence data where possible. Click on Read Files - Show to see the links for download for your data.
