Cytoscape: how to make some node labels vertical?

Hi there!!! I have generated a cytoscape network where the node labels are horizontal (passthrough). I have arranged the nodes in a circular layout and thus some of the labels overlapped over other labels. How can I make these labels (the overlapping ones) vertical so that they don't overlap?

Save the result as a vector file (PS, SVG, etc) and rotate the labels manually in CorelDraw or Illustrator?

Unfortunately, we don't support vertical labels.
