Saving results from GREAT

I could not figure out how can I save results from GREAT after analyzing peaks.

It may be very straightforward but I could not find in documentation or google.

Any pointer to the information will be helpful.

Another option is to use rGREAT, which makes it easy to save results in typical R fashion. Especially useful if you're running on many different sets of regions.

You can either save the full HTML or use the export functionality as described in GREAT's documentation
