Databases for PWMs?
Hi all, This is my first post ever, so if I'm doing something wrong, just politely let me know! I'm trying to get a list of PWMs for 4 transcription factor binding sites in Drosophila. So far, I haven't found much. Below are the databases I've checked so far. Does anyone know of any others that might be helpful? (free ones are preferred, of course).
1) JASPAR 2) Swiss Regulon 3) Transfac 4) HT-Selex 5) Uniprobe

The only fly-specific ones I know are DMMPMM, OnTheFly, and FlyFactorSurvey..
Other mouse/human ones include the HOCOMOCO, the MEME suite, and Homer databases, all of which have some overlap.
