Does anyone know of some good tools for bacterial 5' (and 3' maybe) UTR structure/function prediction?
I'm interested in identifying promoters, RBSs (quite easy), but also transcription factor binding sites, RNA secondary structures and so on.
Basically anything that might affect how the operon is expressed.
Something like UTRscan (http://itbtools.ba.itb.cnr.it/utrscan) - but for bacterial genomes?
