I want to kown more about detail yeast database which is the order or the sequence of gene expression. In short, suppose B is the gene expression product of gene A, B can regulate the expression of gene C, and D is the gene expression product of gene C, thus D can regulate gene E, and so on. Do you kown some database or articles? Please do me a favor! Thanks so much!

Reactome is a curated human pathway database, but through orthology you can also explore pathways in other species, like yeast.
