Hi..I have done my UG in Bioinformatics and for higher studies I need microbiology and bioinformatics knowledge..I am confused to take a course in this combination.Please help me and suggest me some ideas.

Take a course where? On an online learning site like Coursera? At a university?

A course on microbioal genomics would be perfect for the combination you mentioned. Some random examples:
