Normalization Of Quantigen Data
In order to confirm a microarray analysis we are going to perform a Quantigen Plex 2.0 assay.
Being totally new to this assay, I was wondering if anybody had some experience with this kind of data/technology and could suggest some advice for the analysis.
In particular I am interested in suggestions about the kind of normalization that best fit this kind of data.
