Hello everyone, where can I download complete autonomous TEs sequences. I want to compare them with the TEs that I have retrieved in the genomes of Basidiomycetes for example do BLAST.

RepBase is the standard TE database and you can download all the sequences in it here: https://www.girinst.org/server/RepBase/index.php
