Only got one ligand pose after Glide docking?
I am doing docking with glide but the problem is I am not sure if the result I get is correct or not. After docking there is only one ligand pose is generated. Is it okay to have only 1 ligand pose after docking? or there should be more than one ligand pose?

It is normal to generate 9 different positions for the ligand. If you are performing a virtual screening with many binders it is best to check the file vina_screen_local.sh. Perhaps this file is configured to generate only one pose. Otherwise, you are not performing a virtual screening, but performing a molecular docking with only one ligand, perhaps the problem is related to the computational power of your pc.
