How can I get lefse output for a single taxonomy level (e.g. species) only?
Hi community!!! I am using MetaPhlAn output data as input for lefse in Galaxy. But, I am seeing that a single output graph shows various taxa level within it. A single plot has class, order, family, genus and species - all of the levels.
() But I want only a single taxa level (e.g. only species) to be shown in a single plot. How can I get that?
Thanks dpc

Hello dpc!
Please follow the instructions to add an image properly. You've been asked to do this multiple times before, and this post will be reopened once the image is added properly.
Sir.... I don't know how you are asking do add an image. Each time I have uploaded it to Imgbb website and then put the link here in the "image insert option". When I added in this way, there is an image icon where we can see the image by clicking.
You even objected when I just put the image link in the "insert link" option.
Can you please be specific about how to add ? Thanks dpc
You know what, you're right. The one time I showed you how, you deleted the post, so I'm sorry - I did not "ask to do this multiple times before". Here is a post detailing how to add images: How to add images to a Biostars post
You need the direct link to the image, not the link to the webpage that has the image embedded (which is what you use in all your posts). The link should end with .png or .jpg or similar image file extension.
Sir in all of my previous posts I embedded the direct link to image only. You can see the images clicking the link althugh the link doesn't have .png or .jpg extension in the link. People also replied after seeing the images.
Thanks dpc
You did not embed the direct link to the image. If you had, those links would end in png oor jpg.
That's because the link is to the web page containing the image, not the image itself. Did you follow the right-click and copy-link-to-image step I outlined in the tutorial?
