Makeblastdb Error

I get this error when trying to make a database from fasta file:

BLAST options error: blastdb.FASTA does not match input format type, default input type is FASTA

here is sample of my file:

 >1_551115_38.3736667550712
MPFFTAYVSFYAPLDFFSPQFLPVALYGAECGLYATFITDIKLSDSKNNSLGEQGDFVSWGKDCAFSYSNYRYR
 >2_551115_38.3736667550712
MRQKILAKDLSQTELVQSIDRKGIAEESMGQKVEILLSLIEQ

what is wrong with it?

Ok, I've found out where the problem was. There was a space before > symbol.
