List Of Universities/Commercial Organizations That Have Utilized Ngs Sequencing Technologies For Research

Is such a list available on some forum. Essentially is there a forum of blog where I can get to know the list of customers for 454 or illumina NGS plaftorms ? I need the same to convince my organization that metagenomics is the current trend in research and we need to focus our efforts in this area.

Contact a sales rep at Illumina or Roche/454 who will happily support you with reference customers, article collections and suitable reviews.

Illumina also publish a list of core labs that have purchased their machines, and what services they offer. I'm sure these core labs will also have publication pages associated with the work they do.

If you asking for a list of every installed 454 and Illumina GA in the world, it's going to be quite a long list (and companies are unlikely to release sales figures). I think you'd be better off building a case on the science that is delivered from analysing the data off the machines than who has bought them.
