Generating genesets matched for GC content and length
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had a method to generate gene sets of equal size while matching for things like GC content and length? I currently have a couple lists of genes that I would like to permute this for.

Do you mean the generated dataset must be genes?
If so, consider the gene length differs, you can try to use this script for your purpose with little modification because your sequence pool is limited to genes.
