GPU blast with blast version 2.10.1+?
I was wondering if there was an updated version to gpu-blast (http://archimedes.cheme.cmu.edu/?q=gpublast) or (https://www.comp.hkbu.edu.hk/~chxw/software/download.html) that can be utilized with the current version of blast 2.10.1+ and that use a recent cuda version 11.0?
