Removing samples from FAM file using PLINK
Hello,
I have created 3 files (bed, bim, and fam) using PLINK. In the Fam file, I have adjusted the gender: 1 for male and 2 for female. In the fam file, I have 3 duplicates samples, I would like to remove those samples, How can I do that?
