How to do gene clustering by TF-IDF
Hi,
I'm trying to cluster genes instead of cells for my scRNA-seq data, there're two papers used TF-IDF method did that, unfortunately, they didn't tell the details of the method and they didn't upload any code for it.
By any chance, does anyone know how to do it or give me some more detailed instruction, tutorial or a snip of code that I can learn it by myself, please?
