Dear All,

Does anyone know where can I get repeatmasker .out files that accompany with Mus_musculus.GRCm38.dna_rm.* and Mus_musculus.GRCm38.dna_sm.* in the ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-100/fasta/mus_musculus/dna/ ?

You can download the repeatmasker track from the UCSC genome browser, I'm not sure ensEMBL has them.

Thanks for your comments. I'm a little worried whether a list in UCSC and a list in Ensembl are exactly the same.
