How can I obtain Gene Ontology (GO) terms of a gene? More specifically, how can I get all GO terms to copy in a file?

You can go GSEA to download what you need. https://www.gsea-msigdb.org/gsea/msigdb/collections.jsp#C5

Also you can search your target gene in this web site. http://geneontology.org/

BioMart is a pretty useful tool with a couple of ways of mining for GO information.
