How To Find Stranded Rna-Seq Experiments Data

Anyone have an idea how to find data from stranded RNA-Seq experiments in ENA or SRA? I have tried simple keyword search, but with no success:/

rna-seq sra fastq

Why was this question closed?

No, and I would (also) be interested in knowing the answer !

I'll take that as a vote to reopen. Seems like a reasonable bioinformatics question to me.

Sorry, I closed it as I have found solution quite soon after posting it just by random trials... Details below

Good; it's perfectly fine to reply to your own question if you find the answer, then the community benefits. Feel free to select your own answer as the best one too :)

Search for Strand-specific[All Fields] AND RNA-seq[All Fields] AND "Saccharomyces cerevisiae"[Organism] in SRA and then explore runs one by one. You should find in Library info like:

No idea how to search for those in ENA though...

Hope someone will find it useful.

Trying an advanced query like

paired[Text Word]

seems to do the job. But indeed, there is no explicit option to filter paired-end sequencing per se, so you might have some false positives in there.

I'm interested in strand-specific RNA-Seq, not in paired-ends
