Downloading Ensembl regulatory build hg38

Hi All,

Can any one point to a link where I can download latest Ensembl regulatory build for hg38.. I'have tried downloading from Ensembl ftp and the resulting file has regulatory region info for contig or unplaced scaffolds rather than chromosomes. So, if I could find the one with regulatory info for chromosome that would be great!

Hi AISHA,

I'm not sure which file you have downloaded but this is the FTP directory with the current Ensembl regulatory build for human: http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/current_regulation/homo_sapiens/
