plot for positive correlation in a linear regression model between the two highly expressed genes of microarray data
hello all, I have microarray intensity count data and find some differently expressed genes, now I need to do show the positive correlation in a linear regression model between the two highly expressed genes which also shows the r2 value in plot and tabular statistical results as example F value, p-value.please help me for this.
I will highly appreciate for your suggestions.
