mediation analysis in twin samples
Hi!Everyone!
Which method should I choose or is there a suitable method for mediation analysis in twin smaple？
Now I have used the SNP genotype for X, image phenotype for M, the cognitive phenotype for Y.
I tried to use SPSS process 3.0 module 4 to compute mediation analysis in the above relationship. But accounting for my samples are non-independent individuals (twin sample), I want to know if there is a mediation method for this sample type or must I divided samples to independent individual.
